About the Role
We are looking for a high-potential professional to join our team and play a key role in strengthening our Retail ecosystem across multiple sectors (FMCG, Tech & Durables, and beyond).
This is a hybrid role combining business development, partnership management, and client advisory, offering a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data, retail strategy, and commercial growth.
You will contribute to expanding our network of retail partners while also supporting clients with actionable insights that drive better business decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build & Grow Retail Partnerships:
- Identify and engage key retailers and industry stakeholders across FMCG, Tech & Durables, and broader retail sectors
- Drive the expansion of data partnerships and retail coverage
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities, supporting commercial discussions and agreements
- Contribute to shaping and refining our value proposition based on market needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to onboard and integrate new partners seamlessly
Support Client Growth Through Insights
- Work with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into analytical questions
- Analyse market, consumer, and retail trends to generate actionable insights
- Support the creation of compelling stories and presentations for client stakeholders
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to delivering strategic recommendations
- Enable clients to maximize the value of data, tools, and solutions
Collaborate & Deliver Impact
- Act as a connector between clients, partners, and internal teams
- Coordinate across functions (e.g., analytics, operations, commercial teams) to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Support training sessions and knowledge sharing for clients
- Stay up to date with retail trends and industry developments across sectors
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of experience in Retail, FMCG, Tech & Durables, Market Research, or a related commercial role
- Strong interest in both business development and client-facing advisory work
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Comfortable interacting with different stakeholders, including senior audiences
- Proactive, curious, and results-driven
- Experience working with retail clients or retail data
- Exposure to analytics, insights, or consulting environments
- Strong PowerPoint & Excel skills
