Job Description

Are you a strategic recruiter who thrives on solving complex hiring challenges and influencing senior stakeholders? Join our Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiter and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business across ASEAN.

In this role, you’ll go beyond traditional recruitment—acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, delivering market insights, and driving hiring strategies for key commercial functions. What You’ll Do

  • Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders to understand hiring priorities and drive strategic talent decisions
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for commercial and business-critical roles across ASEAN markets
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top and passive talent
  • Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and competitor benchmarking to influence hiring strategies
  • Proactively identify hiring challenges and deliver creative, solution-oriented approaches
  • Build strong talent pipelines through advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment processes and candidate experience
  • Lead and contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects such as diversity hiring, employer branding, and process enhancement
  • Ensure seamless management of recruitment activities through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in full lifecycle recruitment, with a focus on commercial or business-facing roles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex and fast-paced environments
  • Expertise in proactive sourcing and talent mapping
  • Ability to translate data into actionable hiring insights
  • A self-starter with a high level of ownership, agility, and drive
  • Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and leading TA initiatives
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
