Role Overview / Purpose

As Practice Area Expert – Revenue Growth Management (RGM), you are a senior individual contributor responsible for accelerating the commercial growth, adoption, and impact of NIQ’s Analytics & Activation RGM solutions across West Europe.

Reporting to the Practice Area Leader, you act as a regional subject-matter expert and commercial partner, working hands-on with inmarket sales teams, account leaders, clients, and delivery stakeholders to achieve short- and long-term revenue goals. You are a key contributor in complex deals, multi-country engagements, and strategic client conversations.

This role has no people management responsibility. Impact is delivered through expertise, influence, and execution.

Key Accountabilities

Your role is central to ensuring the sub-practice area RGM achieves its revenue and operational goals. You will work closely with the regional leader and cross-functional teams to:

1. Supporting Revenue Growth

· Actively contribute to achieving team and regional revenue goals by identifying RGM opportunities, whitespace and emerging RGM use cases.

· Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to design and execute RGM client engagement, including leading or supporting RGM presentations, client email outreaches, pitches, proposals and webinars.

· Assist in the development and localization of sales materials such as sales plays, commercial decks, proposal templates, and demo scripts that effectively communicate our RGM value proposition.

· Work alongside the delivery team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction, ultimately driving repeat business.

2. Enhancing Client Engagement

· Participate in client discovery sessions to understand their business challenges and align our solutions effectively.

· Serve as a key resource during proposal development, ensuring client needs are accurately represented and addressed.

· Provide insights based on client interactions to help shape product development and refinement efforts.

· Help manage responses to RFIs/RFPs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality proposals that stand out in the market.

3. Supporting Product Positioning

· Clearly articulate the value of our products, focusing on how they address client-specific challenges and KPIs.

· Assist in creating and sharing client success stories and case studies to demonstrate our solutions' impact.

· Continuously refine your understanding of the RGM portfolio, staying informed about new features, capabilities, and use cases.

· Contribute to internal and external training sessions to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on product value propositions.

· Provide market input to global product teams.

· Participate in pilots and test-and-learn initiatives

4. Foster Internal Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing

· Actively participate in regional and global Subject Matter Expert communities to share best practices, learn from peers, and stay aligned with organizational goals.

· Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights, identifying process gaps, and proposing solutions.

· Help organize and participate in team routines, including bootcamps, workshops, and training sessions, to build team capabilities and engagement.

· Explore innovative use cases for our solutions, working closely with the Practice Area Leader to unlock new revenue streams.

2. Adoption and repeat usage of RGM solutions (Client penetration KPIs).

• Knowledge Sharing:

Actively participate in internal initiatives, sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration.

• Awareness Building:

1. Assist in increasing product visibility through presentations, events, and sales materials.

2. Contribution to practice assets and product input

• Efficiency:

1. Help reduce the sales cycle time and improve conversion rate for RGM proposals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5–8+ years analytics, RMS consulting, RGM practices, or sales with RGM exposure

• Experience supporting sales and proposals, project management skills would be advantageous

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent Italian and English; additional European languages advantageous
