Job Description

  • Serving as key point of contact for assigned clients and directly accountable for work conducted, including analyses and presentations, with greater level of independence and confidence.
  • Integrating multiple data sources including cross-category, secondary research or thought leadership to enhance presentation quality.
  • Maintaining and teaching up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applications. As well as ability to derive new/different techniques and applications to meet client needs.
  • Having the ability to form strong internal relationships and network in order to have more opportunities to collaborate
  • Working independently delivering quality services to clients according to NIQ’s quality standards in a timely and precise manner, according to clients’ business needs and specifications
  • Acting as role model for NIQ values in terms of openness to share and collaborate, working with integrity and being an engaged employee.
  • Leading trainings both internally to interns and junior executives & externally to clients.
  • Proactively identifying potential opportunities based on client discussions and needs,
    and communicate to team leaders to present to client.
  • Proactively seeking opportunities for improvements and leading process improvement initiatives that results to better client servicing and/or internal processes in the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or related field and with 2-4 years working experience in T&D/ Retail/ Research/ Professional Services industry.
  • Prior account management and/or project management experience in a professional services environment is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mind and proactive
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Technically proficient in MS Office and Google applications
  • General interest Tech & Durable industry and retail/trade environment
  • Professional proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills, is preferred.
