This role supports Product Operations by creating, maintaining, and executing a centralised communications approach for open content initiatives. You will help ensure that workstreams across Product, Operations, and Delivery are clearly communicated, well‑coordinated, and visible to the right stakeholders at the right time.

The role focuses on product communications, coordination, and information flow — consolidating inputs from product managers, project managers, analysts, and other teams into clear, structured communications. You will work closely with Product Operations analysts to ensure that the right level of data, metrics, and KPIs are included for each audience, with appropriate context and clarity.

Job Description

  • Create, maintain, and execute a centralised open content communications plan, aligned to agreed priorities and timelines
  • Work with product managers, project managers, and other stakeholders to consolidate updates from multiple workstreams into clear, consistent communications
  • Collaborate closely with Product Operations analysts to ensure data, metrics, and KPIs included in communications are accurate, relevant, and appropriately tailored to different audiences
  • Work with communication teams, product and commercial stakeholders to coordinate go‑to‑market (GTM) communications and activity for product launches, ensuring messaging, timelines, and updates are aligned across teams
  • Ensure communications strike the right balance between insight, detail, and clarity for senior leadership, delivery teams, and wider stakeholder groups
  • Maintain stakeholder lists and distributions, ensuring communications reach the correct audiences
  • Own the structure, content, and ongoing maintenance of SharePoint sites and related documentation repositories
  • Support the coordination and tracking of smaller internal projects or workstreams where structured execution is required
  • Identify gaps, overlaps, or risks in communications, launch readiness, or visibility and raise these with Product Operations leadership

Qualifications

  • Experience in a product operations, business operations, communications, or coordination‑focused analyst role
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, professional, and audience‑appropriate communications for a global stakeholder group
  • Strong attention to tone, clarity, and structure when communicating complex, technical, or data‑backed updates
  • Experience supporting or coordinating product launches or go‑to‑market activities, particularly from a communications and alignment perspective
  • Comfortable working alongside analysts and interpreting metrics and KPIs without being responsible for producing analysis
  • Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams
  • Confident using tools such as SharePoint, collaboration platforms, and presentation software
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams including Product, Project Management, Operations, and Technology
  • Proactive, dependable, and confident escalating risks or inconsistencies where needed
