Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Employee Experience Executive to manage the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including Day 1 induction
  • Act as a central point of contact for employee lifecycle and HR operations queries
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, Admin, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless employee transitions
  • Maintain and manage employee documentation, personal files, and records, ensuring safe keeping and compliance
  • Handle Workday-related queries, transactions, and employee data updates
  • Support absence management and benefits administration
  • Prepare and distribute employee letters and official documentation
  • Support background verification (BGV) processes and follow-ups
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback processes
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Prepare reports, SOPs, and dashboards using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely resolution of queries

 

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in Employee Experience / HR Operations / Shared Services
  • Hands-on exposure to Workday
  • Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit)
  • Good understanding of documentation, BGV, absence & benefits administration
  • Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Team player with attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
