Job Description

As a Senior Research Executive, you’ll take the lead on delivering impactful insights to clients across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll manage projects more independently, mentor junior team members, and play a key role in building strong client relationships.  

  • Lead the execution of research projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs.   
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients, managing expectations and providing strategic input.  
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions.  
  • Mentor and support Research Executives, fostering their growth and development.  
  • Present findings to clients and internal stakeholders with confidence and clarity.  
  • Contribute to internal initiatives and help shape best practices across the team.  

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in market research, insights, or consulting.  
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead projects.  
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills.  
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.  
  • Familiarity with Q, SPSS, Decipher, or similar tools is a plus.  
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.  
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a collaborative spirit.
