Job Description

Role Summary 

This role is a hands-on technical and analytical position within our global Survey Innovation and Enablement team. You will help modernize our survey operations by implementing automated workflows, integrating AI capabilities, enabling platform migration, and ensuring high-quality, scalable delivery of survey products. 

Core Responsibilities  

Analysts run surveys end-to-end, including: 

  • Translate client research needs into well designed surveys with optimal consumer UX 
  • Apply survey standards, best practices, and guidelines 
  • Design questionnaires and logic with quality and clarity 
  • Leverage AI tools for testing, QA, analysis, and reporting 
  • Manage sampling and quotas; make informed recommendations 
  • Actively manage fieldwork to ensure fast completion 
  • Troubleshoot issues and adapt when needed 
  • Ensure rigorous quality control throughout 
  • Summarize results and help clients interpret findings 
  • Present results to clients when required 
  • Handle operational elements (billing inputs, project tracking) 

Continuous Improvement  

  • Contribute to standardization of survey templates, reusable components, and best practices.  
  • Support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and turnaround time.  
  • Stay current on survey programming techniques, platform capabilities, and industry trends.  

Qualifications 

  • 1+ years of experience in survey programming, survey operations or analytics  
  • Hands on experience working with online surveys, logic, quotas, and respondent data preferred. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy.  

Skills & Competencies 

  • Excellent English communication, both written and verbal. 
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools (fast to adapt) 
  • Strong problemsolving and attention to detail 
  • Excellent crossfunctional collaboration 
  • Experience with survey solutions, statistics preferred. 

Technical Requirements 

  • JavaScript 
  • Experience with survey programming tools (QuestionPro, Qualtrics, Alchemer) preferred 
  • Other desired skills 
  • Experience with SQL, Python, LLM & NLP, APIs, Power BI 
  • Fluency in Spanish, French or German  would be nice to have

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields 
  • Curious, resourceful, and eager to improve processes and build innovative solutions
