The Retailer Services department is at the heart of NielsenIQ's key challenges as Associates have daily relationships with all FMCG Retailers in Italy.

Within this department, Customer success is a modern service team transforming the way we serve our clients with new and updated tools to help our teams get the job done quickly and easily. We are the team that partners with clients to fuse data, science, and the talents of our people to provide measurement and improvement for the clients and markets we serve. We are the key link between NielsenIQ and clients. Our service and delivery is the reason clients will continue to invest in our products and service.

Job Description

The intern will execute projects with limited supervision by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales data and constructing presentations; 

  • The intern will acquire skills related to the FMCG and distribution market, familiarize themselves with the tools and metrics primarily used by Retailers to address competitors and market trends.

With your initiative and your curiosity, here at Nielsen, you can put your analytical and interpersonal skills into play. You like to understand what lies behind the numbers and then translate them into words to help customers know what is happening in the market today. Challenges do not scare you and you are always eager to learn something new!

Profile : 

  • Master degree;
  • Excellent analytical and numerical reasoning skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • Interest in the FMCG industry;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Powerpoint;
  • Fluency in Italian & English;
  • Interest in the consumer goods and distribution sector.
