About this job  

NielsenIQ’s Payroll team is a strategic support area for the business focused on ensuring that all our associates get their payment and benefits timely. Communication with our stakeholders is important for their decision-making process and therefore the company’s success. We firmly believe in teamwork and continuous learning. 

Responsibilities  

  • Owner of the end-to-end payroll process. This covers pre payroll (reception, validation and uploading of inputs), payroll calculation and post payroll processes (as accounting posting and monthly review with Finance and CFDI process). 
  • Off cycle payroll (Christmas bonus, Profit sharing, other off cycle calculations). 
  • KPIs and dashboard management for Global visibility 
  • Coordinating answers and deliverables to employee’s request and queries through the designated channels and systems 
  • Understanding of all statutory and business compliance regulations. 
  • Benefit Administration related to Payroll (Savings fund, Food coupons, Gasoline coupons, etc.). 
  • Supporting the LATAM Payroll Regional team when needed. 
  • Project support as needed. 

 

You will join a team of talented associates to support Global & Local payroll in achieving the goal of enhancing our employees’ experience.  

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of related experience.   
  • Solid communication and organization. Top management level communication experience preferred. 
  • Solid understanding of Mexican legislation related to payroll as LFT, LISR, LSS. 
  • Microsoft domain, especially excel.  
  • English: Be able to hold a conversation and attend meetings.  
  • STRADA and Workday knowledge preferred
