Job Description

We are seeking a senior-level Commercial Analytics Lead to drive advanced analytical reviews, operational excellence, and data-driven recommendations across commercial processes. This role requires strong technical expertise, independent decision-making, and the ability to lead complex analyses while partnering with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate complex analytical outputs and commercial decision frameworks.
  • Lead reviews related to commercial performance, margins, and scenarios.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of analytical processes.
  • Lead mid-sized cross-functional analytical initiatives.
  • Support development of new commercial methodologies and analytical frameworks.
  • Coach and review analysts’ work, ensuring analytical rigor and quality.
  • Provide expert input into revenue and commercial assessments.
  • Contribute to automation and AI initiatives through data and logic validation.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in analytics, commercial strategy, finance, or revenue intelligence roles.
  • Advanced analytical, scenario evaluation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong experience with Excel, analytics tools, and decision frameworks.
  • Ability to independently lead complex analyses with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience driving process improvement and automation initiatives.
