Project Coordinator - Delivery support

Job Description

This role is to provide support to the Data Acqusition team in managing coordination with all functions and to provide support to execute administrative matters from the office. The NIQ delivery team is responsible for the quality of the manual data collection and coordinates several special projects too.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive key country initiatives and provide the necessary support to the execution team and stakeholders
  • Do a comprehensive analysis and provide support to the Data Acquisition Country Leader with the findings
  • Pro-actively get involved in problem-solving and requirements for the field team, even coordinating with other areas
  • Manage regular reports and files about the data collection as per the company policies
  • Prepare and maintain store collection projects, checking questionnaires
  • Strong focus on the quality of the data collection
  • Coordinating the store recruitment process with the  Panel Management team
  • Make sure the accomplishment of the Country Leader and the data collectors’ administrative task is supported and resolved, even coordinating with other required areas
  • Provide help for the Country Leader in planning the monthly schedule for the data collectors
  • Technical support for data collectors with applications and devices
  • Closely following productivity and expenses to ensure accomplishment

About the Data Acquisition Team: 

The Data Acquisition Team operates with 11 data collectors from all regions in Hungary. The data collectors visit retailers (from small independent stores to hypermarkets) on a regular basis and record prices or other data in order to create an up-to-date database. The team also conducts price watching and store observation projects for clients (retailers and manufacturers). The team is also responsible for taking images for new FMCG products in the whole country.

Requirements: 

  • Work experience in administrative with basic financial management
  • Very good English skills 
  • Excel knowledge (formulas, pivots) 
  • High integrity record
  • Comfortable working with numbers as well as collecting and reporting information
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and set timelines
  • Team player with a collaborative disposition
  • Native Hungarian is a must-have
