Job Description
Note for Internal: Associates currently at job level 2 should apply. For those who are already at level 3, this would be a lateral move.
Job Purpose:
This role is accountable for E2E Inputs validations and Output Reporting configutation and setup across all collection services for In-store business , Back office validations and quality control , Ensuring data quality and on-time delivery across In-store business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Configuration and Setup for both Input validations and Output reporting requests for across In-store business (R/RES - NIV -DCT-E collection)
- Participate in regional and global In-store project kick-off calls, taking ownership of timelines and actively contributing to the project plans, while support feasibility analysis to determine the most appropriate solution for validation and output.
- Accountable for the flawless execution of different validations across all In-store platforms, and provide accurate, actionable information.
- Interacts with DA, COE stakeholders, Data science/PDE, CS Team and Trade Dimension team to execute project and client expectations.
- Investigate and address data inquiries or challenges with local teams and engage with relevant stakeholders to identify the root cause. Additionally, validate, investigate, and resolve client queries through efficient workflows.
- Manage and maintain different KPIs (Processing times, Validations rate CIs, COs, SLAs)
- Ensure processing the batches, sharing information with relevant functions as per agreed timelines
- Understand a broad portfolio of NIQ solutions, such as NIV,DCT,E-Collection & CDAR Input systems, and data visualization platforms.
Qualifications
- College or University degree, preferably in a statistical, mathematical, or technical field.
- Working knowledge of relevant programming language and database structures, preferably having good knowledge of SQL (syntax/commands)
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work in an individual and/or team setting.
- Ability to adapt to changes in real-time and ensure plans are going as per schedule.
- Problem solving - must be able to stay calm under pressure and look for solution of unexpected problems. Important to figure out solution quickly.
- Good judgement, when it comes time to make an important decision must be able to understand the potential costs and benefits of the choice at hand.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Intermediate English level (written and oral) & local language (depends on the region)
- Must Skills: SQL and Advance Excel
- Good to Have: Power BI and Python
- Job Location : Vadodara (Hybrid)
