ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Insights & Content Specialist to support our SA&I sales teams in engaging prospects and clients through insight-driven content and data storytelling.
Are you eager to turn data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions? In this role, you will assist in executing insight-led initiatives, analysing datasets, and supporting the creation of compelling sales and marketing materials. You’ll work closely with the team to develop engaging case studies, client presentations, and thought leadership content while ensuring that our sales teams have easy access to the latest materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drafted, plan and execute email campaign strategies aligned with global and regional objectives to achieve campaign outcomes and predefined KPIs
- Supporting sales representatives in the maintenance and management of their CRM outreach campaigns
- Assist in developing insight-led stories to help the Western European SA&I sales teams engage with prospects and clients.
- Help draft insights using SA&I and NielsenIQ data to support marketing content and thought leadership materials.
- Assist in preparing and customising client presentations, ensuring they are engaging and informative.
- Maintain and organise sales content, ensuring sales teams have access to relevant materials.
- Assist in researching market trends, competitor insights, and industry data to enhance sales strategies.
- Support Sales representatives in lead management and maintenance
- Contribute to creating compelling presentations using data visualisation and storytelling techniques.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in market research, insights, or analytics
- Strong analytical mindset and numerical skills
- Basic understanding of data analysis and visualisation tools
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
- Familiarity with B2B marketing or market research
- Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Dynamics, or PowerBI is a plus
- Knowledge of NielsenIQ data or similar market research tools is a plus
