Responsibilities

  • Lead the industry expansion strategy for NIQ’s Marketing Effectiveness (MEFF) solutions across China, identifying priority sectors, key buyer roles, and high‑value use cases.
  • Drive commercial growth through RFP development, proposal delivery, anchor client acquisition, renewals, and multi‑market expansion.
  • Co‑create proof‑of‑value engagements with strategic clients and convert pilot studies into scalable, repeatable programs.
  • Build strong C‑suite relationships (CMO/CFO/CTO/Head of Growth) and represent NIQ in executive meetings, industry events, and thought leadership activities.
  • Translate client needs into product positioning, pricing considerations, and commercialization priorities; collaborate closely with Product, Modeling, Tech, and Customer Success teams.
  • Monitor competitive dynamics and help strengthen differentiation and barriers to exit.
  • Equip regional commercial teams with playbooks, cases, and frameworks to accelerate adoption and replication.
  • Track and report industry expansion using metrics such as adoption, penetration, and scalability—not only bookings.

Job Description

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial leadership or enterprise sales; familiarity with Marketing Effectiveness (e.g., MMM/MTA/Incrementality) is a strong plus.
  • Strong C‑level storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights and business value clearly and persuasively.
  • Strategic and systems thinking; ability to turn one‑off wins into scalable, repeatable go‑to‑market models.
  • Demonstrated cross‑functional leadership across commercial, product, analytics/modeling, and delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, measurement, and industry dynamics across CPG and non‑CPG sectors.
  • Ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments.
  • High level of industry presence, executive maturity, and ability to influence senior leaders internally and externally.
  • Willingness to travel globally as required.
