Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Sales Senior Manager to join our organization in Seoul, Korea, Republic of. In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive strategic account growth, build and mentor a high-performing team, and cultivate long-term client relationships that generate significant revenue impact. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with decisive leadership capabilities and a customer-focused mindset to elevate our account management operations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for key clients, identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue expansion across the portfolio
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities to foster professional growth
- Analyze account performance metrics and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize account profitability
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders at major client organizations
- Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and upsell opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success to deliver customized solutions and exceed client expectations
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the account management team, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement
- Identify market opportunities and competitive threats, providing insights to inform organizational strategy
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify challenges, and propose strategic initiatives
- Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings to strengthen brand positioning and expand business networks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in account management, sales, or business development
- 3+ years of experience in a senior management or leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing large account portfolios with demonstrated revenue impact
- Strong expertise in B2B sales, account strategy development, and customer relationship management
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Strategic thinking capability with a visionary approach to account development and business growth
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making and business growth
