Connecting the dots between our pioneering teams and our ambition as insight experts, your work will matter. The role will be within the On-Premise customer success team. You will run collaboratively the set-up & the execution of local a multi-country projects with strategic client impact. With the aim of delivering value to clients and generating satisfaction through high-level data and insights. 

Responsibilities 

You will be an extension of the On-Premise customer success team and supporting them through: 

  • Insight creation and analysis through brief creation, retrieving the data, analysing the data, storyboarding, and deck creation.
  • Customer support activities like data issues, data pulls, methodology questions, Database Set Up, change requests, and product coding questions.
  • Delivery of ongoing or ad hoc report creation, become a Discover and reporting expert. 
  • Be a contributor to the team's KPIs through the Quarterly Business Objectives (QBO) process, ensuring all deliverables are Process Quality Requirement (PQR) compliant to maximize NPS and TNPS scoring.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience with demonstrated expertise in data analysis and application to client related business issues.
  • Experience in collaborating on projects and maintaining positive client relationships through value delivery.
  • Strong analytical mind and proficiency in a range of software and digital tech 
  • Fluency in English, strong communication skills, with experience in building presentations
  • Knowledge of the On Premise/Horeca industry is beneficial
