Job Description

Work in an international company and environment within the area of innovative eCommerce services dedicated to retail chains and manufacturer in the FMCG and Pharmaceutical sectors.

The role focuses on building long-term, deep relationships with retail chains and achieving sales targets. 

Scope of Responsibilities for the Sales Specialist Position:

  • Building long-lasting business relationships with clients on the retail chain side 

  • Acquiring new clients (retail chains) 

  • Providing operational support for the department cooperating with retail chains 

  • Conducting commercial negotiations with clients in line with the company’s strategy 

  • Achieving individual sales targets 

  • Cooperation with other departments of the company: operations, sales, IT 

Candidate Requirements for the Sales Specialist Role 

  • Experience in sales or telesales of services or products to business clients 

  • High motivation and strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills based on solid business arguments 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and define priorities 

  • Strong results orientation combined with the ability to collaborate effectively with other company departments 

  • Well‑developed analytical skills 

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Category B driving licence 

  • Good command of English (communicative level)
