Associate Manager – GRFE
Shift: Evening/ Night
Location: Vadodara, India

Role Overview
The Associate Manager – GRFE is responsible for leading end‑to‑end operational delivery for the GRFE team, ensuring high quality, right‑first‑time execution, and strong stakeholder satisfaction. The role acts as the operational bridge between internal client services and delivery teams while driving team performance, quality improvement, and process excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead GRFE operations to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery against defined SLAs
- Act as the primary escalation and point of contact for operational and quality‑related queries
- Monitor, analyze, and report quality performance with focus on Right First Time outcomes
- Drive RCA, quality improvement initiatives, and operational excellence programs
- Partner with Client Services, Enablement, and Operations leads to meet client commitments
- Proactively communicate delivery risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Own capacity planning, workload estimation, and delivery timelines
- Manage, coach, and develop the GRFE team; monitor KPIs and drive engagement
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to positive client health scores
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Strong stakeholder, communication, and people‑management skills
- Process‑driven mindset with experience in operations and quality management
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
