Acerca del puesto
Identifica y corrige problemas operativos y desviaciones de los planes de producción, y propone acciones de mejora.
Responsabilidades
- Elaboración de planes de trabajo y supervisión.
- Garantizar la calidad de las actividades programadas diariamente.
- Evaluar y actuar con base en reportes de producción.
- Realizar análisis de causa raíz y proponer acciones correctivas y preventivas.
- Gestión del equipo de trabajo.
- Brindar soporte e información al coordinador respecto a la administración de recursos técnicos o humanos.
- Supervisar la ejecución de los procesos.
- Capacitar al resto de los analistas.
- Alinear su trabajo al modelo de gestión definido por la operación.
- Operar de manera autónoma los procedimientos operativos asignados.
- Actuar como respaldo del Coordinador.
- Participar y apoyar en la ejecución de nuevos proyectos.
Requisitos
Acerca de ti:
Capacidad para gestionar questionamintos. Experiencia lidereando proyectos, siguiendo lineamientos e implementando nuevas ideas.
Requisitos
- Licenciatura concluida en carreras económico-administrativas o de ciencias de la computación.
- Inglés intermedio.
- 2+ años de experiencia en actividades como Analista de Datos/Base de Datos.
- Manejo avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas, filtros, fórmulas, atajos, macros).
- Manejo de SQL
