Job Description
About This Job:
As a Electronic Data Delivery Analyst, you will ensure that data delivered by external partners is accurate, properly formatted, and successfully uploaded into our internal systems. You will support data onboarding, run quality checks, resolve issues with suppliers, and provide basic analysis for internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities:
Data Quality & Onboarding
- Run quality checks on sample data from new or existing suppliers.
- Set up new data sources in the system based on agreed formats.
- Upload, verify, and clean incoming data files.
- Work with suppliers to resolve format issues, missing fields, or upload errors.
Daily Operations
- Monitor scheduled data deliveries and escalate delays.
- Contact retailers or suppliers to verify or correct missing/incorrect information.
- Ensure files import correctly and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain key data quality metrics.
Reporting & Support
- Update KPIs related to data accuracy and timeliness.
- Support Supplier Management in improving data quality.
- Act as a point of contact for data‑related questions.
- Handle basic analysis and respond to client data inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related technical field - or equivalent work experience
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
- Understanding of various data and file formats
- Ability to interpret and map different data structures
- Experience working with large datasets and troubleshooting data issues
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow schedules
- Advanced Excel skills
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or R (at least one)
- Strong technical understanding and ability to interpret data in a business context
- Proficient English and fluent Polish is a must
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
