Senior UX Designer (Figma, Agile Methodologies, Responsive design and Accessibility standards)

Job Description
We are looking for a UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the design and delivery of intuitive, engaging, and scalable product experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Product Leads, engineers, and other designers to create user-centered solutions that address business goals and enhance the end-user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, QA) to define and design user experiences across multiple products.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that follow established design systems and accessibility guidelines.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data insights, and business requirements.
- Document design specifications and provide assets for development handoff.
- Contribute to and help evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across products.
- Partner with other designers to maintain design quality and share best practices.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role in product design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions for web and/or mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with usability testing and user research methods.
- Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across time zones.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
Preferred skills
- Experience working on B2B or data-heavy products.
- Familiarity with design systems at scale.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
