Job Description

Role Overview 

Lead global business process transformation with a primary focus on change management and digital innovation. Drive adoption of new processes, including AI agent deployment, user journey mapping, and requirements documentation. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Champion change management using frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or Lewin. 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change strategies, communications, and training for digital and AI-driven initiatives. 

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and resistance management to proactively address barriers to change. 

  • Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to align stakeholders and foster buy-in. 

  • Monitor and report on change adoption, stakeholder feedback, and project impact. 

  • Map user journeys to identify automation opportunities and enhance user experience. 

  • Oversee deployment of AI technologies, including: 

  - Conversational AI (Microsoft Copilot, Azure Bot Services, Google Dialogflow, OpenAI GPT) 

  - Robotic Process Automation  

  - Intelligent Document Processing  

  - Predictive analytics/ML platforms  

  • Create and manage user stories (INVEST, Three Cs, BDD) and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). 

Key KPIs 

  • Change adoption rate (% users adopting new processes/tools) 

  • Stakeholder satisfaction (survey scores) 

  • Process efficiency gains (cycle time, error reduction) 

  • Compliance and training completion rates 

  • AI agent performance (resolution rate, cost savings) 

  • Quality of user stories/BRDs (acceptance, rework rates) 

  • Effectiveness of change management (on-time delivery, resistance reduction) 

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in Change Management/Business Process Improvement 

  • Hands-on experience with AI agent deployment and digital transformation 

  • Strong skills in user journey mapping, user story/BRD creation, and Agile methods 

  • Proficiency with change management, requirements, and AI analytics tools 

  • Certifications: Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent
