Company Description

As Associate Manager at Costumer Success you will lead the initiation and development of fruitful relationships with retailers customers (main manufacturers of mass consumption) at a local level guaranteeing commercial development, continuous communication and the creation of strategies aligned to the client's business vision. You will also be in charge of the development of the team, organizing and training the analysts in charge.  

Job Description

  • You will set high standards of customer delivery, provide support, recognition and feedback to develop partners, and support a strong team environment focused on exceeding customers' internal and external requirements. 

  • You'll handle confidential conversations with clients, resolve conflicts, and harmonize processes internally. 

  • You will have to know the client, understand their needs and their business to propose strategies with a comprehensive vision of NielsenIQ solutions. 

  • You will support the creation of annual plans to define action plans with clients, identifying objectives, solutions to present and results to be obtained.  

  • You will make business presentations with a high level of analytical detail, to the different areas of the clients 

  • You will encourage and support the continuous development of the associates of your team, motivating them and carrying out accompaniments, training and continuous feedback. 

  • You will negotiate and secure the service model based on deliverables with your client portfolio.

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing or related.  

  • Experience in Consumer Goods companies, Retailers market research consultants, marketing areas, commercial, project management. (More than 6 years) 

  • Microsoft Advanced Packaging (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) 

  • Power Bi (Desirable intermediate level). 

  • English (Intermediate-Advanced / Advanced desirable). 

  • Good project management skills (on time, according to scope and with flexibility when needed) 

  • Proven team management experience 

  • Customer management and consulting skills 

  • Working under pressure and managing stress 

  • Presentation skills and effective communication 

  • Trading and negotiation skills 

  • Proven skills to work with cross-functional teams and drive results
