As a Senior Talent Sourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent across North America. You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to build strong pipelines of qualified candidates, using innovative sourcing strategies, market insights, and advanced tools. Your work will directly support NIQ’s growth by ensuring we attract diverse, high-performing talent aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage passive and active candidates for Commercial roles across North America & LATAM
- Partner with TA Partners and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Screen internal candidates and build internal talent pools to support internal mobility and succession planning
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using AI tools, social media, Boolean search, and talent databases.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen and assess candidates for fit and interest before passing to recruiters or hiring teams.
- Leverage labor market insights and talent intelligence to inform sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
- Ensure a positive and personalized candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and sourcing campaigns that reflect NIQ’s EVP.
- Collaborate with the broader TA team on strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in sales or commercial functions.
- Proven success in sourcing passive candidates using a variety of tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of sourcing metrics, talent market trends, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing technologies; familiarity with AI-driven tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with fluency in English
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global environment.
