About the job 

This role is accountable for addressing technical issues during data collection process to ensure seamless setup and Business As Usual operations.

Responsibilities

  • Track issue resolution and number of issues to be able to highlight weak areas based on the nature of the issue, establishing appropriate prioritization for issue resolution to ensure Business As Usual (BAU) configuration and operations are secure.
  • Provide support to the Data Adquisition Center of Excellence and Delivery team when technical issues occur during production (Business As Usual) that prevent the collection process from continuing properly, or when stores are not processed properly at each stage of the End to End process flow, generating and maintaining a trace of tickets until a fix is ​​applied and the issue is resolved. 
  • Technical support to internal clients (applications).

Qualifications

About You

Resolution/follow-up of tech issues coming from operations area during Business As Usual to ensure proper flow and processing of stores in the End to End operational flow.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience
  • Bachelor Degree: Commercial or International Relations, Actuary, or similar.
  • Advanced English
  • Intermediate Portuguese (Desirable)
  • Availability to travel (Latin America)
  • Knowledge with Excel, Python, R (Basic-Intermediate)
  • Analytical Thinking
  • Communication skills
