Job Description
ABOUT THIS JOB
As a Customer Success Retailer Sr. Analyst, this person will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and bring value through insights and analysis via NIQ Retail measurement products, developing/delivering business solutions for retailer performance tracking and quantified opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serving as primary point of contact for retail clients, facilitate day-to-day communication (eg industry talk) and handling all contractual delivery duties under guidance of line manager.
- Construct & conduct analytical presentations by providing insights and actionable recommendations linked to client business questions needs.
- Accountable for delivering regular reports and ad-hoc data requests, which are timely and precise according to client specifications.
- Develop up-to date understanding of industry trends, competition and opportunities of NielsenIQ, and drive value creation for retailers
- Adopt Customer Success transformation tools and modern technology to drive scale, relevancy and speed to insight.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ year experiences in research or marketing in Market Research/FMCG/Retailing industry
- Excellent communication and consultative convincing skills by English and Mandarin
- A consultant mindset in problem diagnosis and actionable solution propose based on data and data analysis
- Good logical thinking and analytical skill
- Good presentation skill
