ABOUT THIS JOB

You will maintain a Customized Research orientation by managing the day-to-day administration of Customized Research/sales activities and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Client Servicing 

  • Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management 

  • Serve as primary contact to junior level client contacts on ad-hoc analyses and understand and respond to questions on content, basic data issues/questions, report generation, etc. 

  • Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards 

  • Unsupervised on-site presence which includes responsibilities on data requests, technical basic support, and analysis 

  • Assist in sales activities in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations 

  • Communicate client needs to appropriate team members 

  • Provide "in office" research, administrative and operational support to senior staff 

  • Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, charting, etc 

Functional / Technical  

  • Maintain or quickly develop an accurate and up-to-date understanding of research techniques and their applications 

  • Willing to put in effort to contribute independent ideas or analyses that add value to the work 

  • Integrate multiple data sources to address key business questions 

  • Able to quickly learn and effectively manage assigned projects under the guidance of senior staff 

  • Perform quality checks on all reports to ensure they meet the request, are accurate, and error-free 

  • Follow standard operating procedures within the scope of responsibility 

  • Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and proactively suggest improvements to work processes within one’s area

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in any major from a reputable domestic or international university 

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience are welcome; experience with overseas projects or in the tech industry is a plus 

  • Basic understanding of or strong interest in qualitative research methods 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AI tools, and other relevant software. 

  • Strong English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing) for everyday business tasks such as meetings, report writing, and email correspondence; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, German, Arabic, Japanese, etc.) is a plus
