We're looking for an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to help us elevate and streamline our HR systems. If you're passionate about Workday and want to make a real impact in a company that values innovation and collaboration — we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and optimize Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll – depending on your area of expertise).
Partner closely with HR and IT teams to improve workflows and solve system-related issues.
Lead system upgrades, testing, and the rollout of new Workday features.
Maintain clear documentation of system configurations and business processes.
Provide training and support to end-users to boost adoption and confidence in the platform.
Qualifications & Skills:
2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM (at least one module: Core HR, Compensation, or Payroll).
Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance standards.
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
Excellent communication skills and experience working across departments.
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
Workday certification is a plus — but not a deal-breaker.
