Job Description
ABOUT THIS JOB:
Communications & Engagement Leader is responsible for driving, managing and supporting Global Operations teams (ca. 15 000 associates) with regards to internal communication and employee engagement across all Operations Hub locations around the world
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordination and cooperation with 5 Communication & Engagement specialists based across the Operations Hubs (different time zones)
- Stakeholder management – engaging with leaders, HR and other teams
- Email announcements (internal communication) drafting, preparation & distribution
- Town Hall events production
- Global initiatives organization (People & Planet Day, Knowledge Weeks)
- Internal communication channels content coordination (Viva Engage, TV screens, anniversary emails)
- Award & recognition programs management incl. budget coordination
- Internal promotional materials preparation
- Employee Resource Groups support
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Full fluency or an advanced level of English is a must (C1) - with a focus on skills in writing
- Experience in communication roles, ideally with a focus on understanding stakeholder needs and translating them into effective messaging
- Good copywriting and creative skills. A proven track record in graphic design and video editing will be an advantage.
- Master’s degree preference given to Communications, Journalism, Multimedia
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects independently and deliver results under deadlines.
- Strong understanding of corporate environments, their dynamics, and internal communication processes
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
- Project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem-solving, etc.).
