About Job
Planning, Controlling and Coordination of E2E production process on CIP platform.
Responsibilities
- Planning, Controlling and Coordination of Production Process incl. processing (only Discover)
- Special Point Of Contact & Coordination
- Process Coordination, Controlling Rework/Rerun
- Creation, maintenance and monitoring of Production Schedule
- Coordination of setting-up Final Inspection parameters and setting-up Formal Checks
- Issue tracking and maintenance (raising tickets to technical support, participation in severity calls)
- DBs / Traffic Control KPIs
- Ownership of country deliverables status (Discover, delivery tracker or any other tool) and communication in case of delay
- Controlling Data delivery (internally; till delivery to onshore)
- Controlling, Maintenance and Optimization of eDelivery system
- E2E Discover BAU Production process supervision and discovering opportunities for improvement
- Accountable for prioritization and resource allocation within the NOC (NIELSEN OPERATIONS CENTER) and onshore Operations teams
- DOT Leader/owner for Discover production (cooperation with Country Delivery Lead)
- Quality meeting participation
- Country weekly and yearly capacity planning and maintenance.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- University degree in Administration, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or other Engineer
- 2 years of experience in Operation department of Discover experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Advanced organizational skills and the ability to lead projects and maintain process.
- Communicative English knowledge, both verbal and written.
