Job Description

This role is required to provide full-service management of key client accounts through market research, analysis, and reports. The role is also responsible for the smooth execution of projects assigned to him/her, from the stage of client briefing to the final stage of report writing and presentation of results.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the end-to-end research cycle from client briefing to report delivery
  • Designs proposals based on understanding of client needs
  • Designs research instruments using different tools according to research methodology
  • Co-ordinates the execution of projects and handles other departments responsible of the data collection and processing.
  • Co-operating with other research executives and trainees who will assist on the various stages of the project
  • Works on the analysis and interpretation of results, provides feedback to clients and writes reports and recommendations
  • Present final reports to client stakeholders
  • Help in organizing interactive workshops with clients
  • Ensure timely billing and collection of all studies handled

About you

You’ve dabbled in research and analytics. You have the communication chops to translate it all into conversation or presentations. Seeing the big picture takes attention to details. You know what’s happening in big data and you’re ready to influence what’s next.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally a university degree in related fields (Maths, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, Business Management).
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the Market Research industry is preferred, however, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Those with strong /good competency in Maths or Statistics will have an added advantage though not necessarily a requirement.
  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills.
  • Strong communication skills & visualization skills – interested in storytelling techniques.
  • Business acumen and good knowledge of the market dynamics.
  • Comfortable working in a digital-enabled environment with fast-paced environments and tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
