As a Junior Solution & Deployment Architect, you’ll be part of the global RDDS operations team, which provides stock management solutions to improve product availability on shelves. Your role involves understanding client needs, creating tailored solutions, and automating delivery processes for ongoing client support. This includes tasks like data analysis, building databases, and quality assurance checks to ensure high standards and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client needs and translate them into technical plans to deliver customized solutions.
• Test solutions to ensure they work effectively for client needs, including pre-sales demonstrations and ongoing projects.
• Develop and maintain clear technical documentation for both internal teams and clients, making deliverables easy to understand and use.
• Collaborate with various internal teams (e.g., Implementation, Development, Project Management, Cybersecurity) to ensure smooth and timely delivery of solutions.
• Automate delivery processes for new and existing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Contribute to improving operational standards and processes to maintain quality and reliability.
• Plan projects, provide realistic time estimates, and support teams with technical guidance as needed.
• Coordinate tasks across regional teams, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Take the initiative to propose and implement improvements to workflows and processes.
• Ensure all work requests are well-prepared and detailed before starting tasks.
• Follow best practices for setting up and managing databases to ensure consistency and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Degree in a Technical, IT, or BI-related field.
• Proficient in Excel, Access, and standard data tools.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Solid understanding of data analysis and transformation techniques.
• Organizational skills and cross-cultural sensitivity.
• Familiarity with ETL processes (preferably Azure) and automation.

Preferred Skills:

• Critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS SQL, relational databases, and SQL queries.
• Understanding of quality control processes.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Programming experience (Python preferred).
