Job Description

This role is accountable for leading a team(s) of Field Team Leader and their teams to execute all data collection / acquisition activities and resources, conforming to and being fully compliant with global governance standards and guidelines, ensuring predictable and committed results.

  • Lead and motivate the field organization to ensure the delivery of high quality, timely and validated data to clients, representative of the markets from which it is collected. 
  • Coach and develop Team leaders and associates (auditors)  to build a pipeline of talent to support future needs of the organization. 
  • Effectively partner with COE and Stakeholders (if applicable)  to ensure alignment of the Operational strategy. 
  • Ensure Team Field Leaders are provided with adequate resources to deliver on business requirements for their assigned area. 
  • Ensure the continuous delivery of quality and performance excellence in field collection operations. 
  • Ensure the evaluation of organizational performance via performance improvement programs and regular operating reviews. 
  • Partner with Global Enablement teams to ensure the implementation and maintenance of standards and governance. 
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable personnel and business practices, standards and regulations. 
  • Responsible on T&E for her/his region, review operating plans (OP) and analyze on a monthly basis the expenses and variance against OP. 
  • Ensure objectives of verifications on field according to plan. 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Field Operations.
  • Intermediate level in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar. 
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or similar.
  • Detail oriented and Data analysis.
  • Proven proficiency in leading teams, ability to create, consolidate and report KPI’s.
