Job Description
As a Customer Service Specialist (CSS) Market Intelligence, you will be responsible for market data evaluation on durable consumer goods products focusing on Small Domestic Appliances and Adhesives sectors. As a Specialist you will support the panel research with performing subtasks including creating, updating and maintaining client reports. On this position you will report to the Local Operations Director Hungary & Adriatics.
Responsibilities:
- Support Clients, resolving client reporting & quality requests
- Communicate with other teams on issues/requests
- Know and fit to Global Quality Standards in the area of responsibility
- Deliver insightful reports and databases to our clients.
- Be a part of a great Team.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Hungarian and in English languages
- Knowledge of market research methodologies is an advantage
- Working experience of 1-3 years in market research or data analysis is an advantage
- Interest for durable consumer goods product categories and markets
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Driving delivery of results for clients & GfK across diverse cultures, mind sets, disciplines, and influences.
- Ability to complete medium to high complexity tasks
- Creativity and the ability of meet deadlines
- Eagerness to learn, open mindset, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
