Job Description

1.Gain deep insights into the business needs of retailer, identify operational pain points, integrate existing NIQ products and ecosystem resources, and develop solutions.

2.Organize market scale assessments and feasibility studies for industry solutions.

3.Collaborate with account managers to facilitate the implementation of industry solutions at client sites and establish the value-driven case studies.

4.Coordinate cross-functional teams within the company and external partners to design and implement feasible digital products and solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality.

5.Responsible for writing promotional toolkits and managing knowledge repositories to support the promotion of industry solutions.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree or above.

2.Over 8 years of experience as a digital product manager or solution manager, deeply involved in the design of digital products and solutions for FMCG retail industries. Experience in designing and implementing products or solutions from 0 to 1 is preferred.

3.Familiar with mainstream digital marketing channels and core strategies, proficient in one or more areas such as digital store solutions, private domain operation solutions, member marketing solutions, short video live streaming solutions, and advertising distribution and precision targeting strategies.

4.Strong communication and logical analysis skills, able to quickly identify retail clients' essential needs, integrate company and ecosystem resources to draft solutions, and present them to clients. Experience in pre-sales support is preferred.

5.Basic data operation skills, proficient in Excel, SQL, capable of quantifying solution outcomes through data analysis, diagnosing operational issues, and optimizing solutions. Ability to understand API documentation is a plus.

6.Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills, fast learning ability, and team collaboration skills.

7.Able to travel domestically on a regular basis.

8.Preferred experience with retail industry clients or ecosystem resources.  

9.Proficiency in English as a working language is advantageous.
