Job Description
- Preparing - Performance Review of Auditors, Sr. Auditor, QCTEs.
- Planning Optimum utilization of resources in all functions
- Salesforce support
- Item clearance team supervision
- PSRO support
- Data Analysis: DAA Analytics, GKPI & DJTM Management
- Ensuring discipline across DA
- Expenses management & reconciliation
- IMT/ A2S/ TTR recruitment
- Staff recruitment & exit process management
- Facility support - PPE KITs etc.
- Arranging & accompanying Client field visits
- E2E Gift process Management
- Manage all field monthly financial expense T&E accrual and actual claim records and files as per the company policies for full time field auditor, part timer as well as vendors
- Manage Contract with freelancer, vendor, and non-disclosure agreement for SFA works
- Manage store confidentiality agreement contact with Retail index store
- Coordinate medical expense claim for all fieldwork
- Coordinate employer certificates i.e. Employment certificate, payroll for entire field
- Deliver and receive the devices from Device Management to Users. Taking care of device quality checking, working with vendor for device repair, sim card management, manage device lost etc.
- Pro-actively get involved in problem solving and requirements from the field team. This would involve direct relationship with Support areas: e.g.: Purchases Analysis, Validations
- Ensure courier control and appropriate use
- Support on Monthly - Financials Tracking and Monitoring abnormal bookings.
- Local within Pakistan travelling is required.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a delivery support, market research or operations role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using delivery tracking systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently when needed.
- Proficiency in the Local language of markets in scope is required and English is preferred
- Proficiency in collaboration tools (MS Office, Chat s/w)
