Job Description
Acts as point-of contact between Operations and internal client services / clients to manage E2E operational queries and support to clients. Delivers databases and outputs based on client specifications on time and at expected quality as well as engaging with stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the timely provision of data in the highest quality according to the agreed service level and requirements
- Process defined reports, schedules and processes by adhering to defined procedures, delivery schedules, and SLAs
- Acts as the clients' advocate within NOC by providing feedback on clients' needs, and challenging internal processes to best deliver on those needs
- Provide constructive input to Process Owners / Team Leads / Operations Manager to optimize and improve Operations effectiveness
- Understand the relationship of assigned processes to both upstream and downstream processes to guarantee clean data is delivered by eliminating the need for re-work from any Operations team
- Delivers databases and outputs based on client specifications on time and at expected quality as well as engaging with stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Statistic/ Science/ Computer Science/ Business Information Systems or IT equivalent
- Minimum experience of 1 year in operations. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Excellent organization skills, aptitude to work in team and meet deadlines
- A high degree of accuracy, proactivity and attention to detail
- Good analytics skills and aptitude for data and operational processes
- Project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem solving, etc.)
- Common business language knowledge (English): speaking and writing with fluency
- Excel is mandatory, good in SQL and Python, R advantage.
