Job Description

A series of operations serving pharmaceuticals and medical device manufacturers as clients, from research planning to output creation to meet client issues 

Responsibilities

  • Act as the client's window for research operations in general, such as research planning, questionnaire/ interview flow creation, tabulation specification, analysis/reporting, etc. 
  • Work with the department in charge of the fieldwork, the department that performs tabulation, etc., and acquire necessary data accurately and smoothly 
  • Assist senior staffs with sales activities such as presentations for clients 
  • Assist senior staff through secondary data collection and business support 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field 
  • Open for fresh graduates
  • Preferably with 1 to 4 years of practical experience in planning documents for research, research design, questionnaires, data aggregation and analysis, report preparation, etc. 
  • Excellent English and Japanese language skills, both spoken and written 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint and/or Google Spreadsheet & Slides 
  • Experience using statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, etc.) 
  • Strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry and the medical device industry 

Additional Information

Remote-hybrid based role, must be physically located within Japan and candidate must be a Country/Region Resident.
