Junior Project Coordinator

Job Description

The Product Development team is looking for a Project Coordinator. This cross functional Operations team helps execute more custom offerings. Product Development works to not only deliver those ad-hoc studies successfully but also looks for ways to develop best practices and ultimately scale solutions up as new BASES offerings for our clients.

Qualified candidates would possess an ability to problem solve and be open to figuring out executional steps when there is no set path. Interest in exploring new operational processes and tools is also needed.

Day to Day Tasks:

  • Partnering with Commercial and other Operations members to scope projects effectively which includes:
  • Finding accurate incidence rates for sample groups 
  • Consulting on accurate placement, recovery rates and amount of product needed for product tests
  • Building timelines for proposals
  • Collaborating with Product Development commercial teams to ensure accurate costs are included in the proposal
  • Partnering with other Operations members/Product Development commercial teams to develop standard processes including:
  • Holding project reviews to discuss pain points and potential solves for the next study
  • Documenting any findings for training decks, one-pagers, checklists, etc.
  • Launching the new standard process to applicable Operations teams (hosting training sessions, buddying up on projects, developing FAQ documents, etc.)
  • Working with vendors directly for Central Location tests to ensure they are trained on the interview specifications and product handling guidelines

  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.) is a plus
