This position, within the Analytics & Insights team, will be responsible for delighting clients across Asia by delivering retail measurement insights and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Provide performance overview analysis and business issue analysis to FMCG clients across Asia, focusing on the Hong Kong market.
- Offer in-depth consulting services and deliver insights, analytics, and thought leadership.
- Develop deep knowledge of NielsenIQ RMS and Panel solutions and deliver value for clients.
- Work closely with the Consulting Lead and Customer Service to transform customer experience.
- Consult with clients to optimize the use of NielsenIQ Essentials tools (Database and Discover).
- Develop and deliver business solutions for client performance tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business.
- 0-1 years of work experience, preferably within consumer or trade marketing, analytics and insights, or market research.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the role.
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of research techniques and methodologies would be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of interpreting data through storytelling techniques.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a digitally enabled environment.
- Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Tools.
- Experience with retail data is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of statistics is a plus.

- Hybrid-based role must be physically located within the Hong Kong and candidate must be a Country/Region Resident.
