Job Description
Candidates must be currently located in the Greater Toronto area (GTA) and able to attend in-person client meetings across the GTA
What is the job purpose?
Execute studies by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting data, writing client reports, and constructing presentations
Generate polished diagnostic analyses/reports, summarizing BASES conclusions and recommendations in a concise, client-friendly manner
Support the Account Development team in driving revenue by delivering excellent project work that results in repeat business
Responsibilities
Execute projects across a variety of clients, meeting agreed-upon milestones
Be accountable for high-quality client deliverables in partnership with your Customer Success team
Analyze study results to draft reports and presentations, showing significant growth in ability to create a logical story flow, dig deeper into analytical questions, explain results, & uncover the overall story on larger studies
Summarize data for the production of tables, charts, and graphs
Develop a strong understanding of BASES Demand Solutions tools and processes, and modeling techniques, within the first 6 months of the job and apply this understanding to client deliverables
Handle project-related client correspondence as needed
Participate in client discussions/presentations and work through implications and recommendations based on the data
Support value-add and meta-analyses
Support special projects and thought leadership initiatives
Participate in exclusive professional development opportunities focused on gaining a business perspective, diversity, inclusive leadership, and continuous mentorship

Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree holder in Marketing, Economics, or relevant disciplines
1-2 years of experience working at NIQ
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong critical thinking skills with an ability to translate large amounts of data into easy-to-understand and actionable presentations
Strong storytelling skills
Demonstrated active role in seeking input from diverse thoughts, backgrounds, and outcomes
Passion for understanding consumers and market research
Passion for learning and applying new technologies to business solutions
Proven problem-solving skills using deductive reasoning, understanding hierarchical relationships, and identifying gaps in logic
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
