Job Description

Purpose of the job
Act as a main point of contact from Input Validation Operations to internal client services and rest Operations streams. Accountable for Input Validation department quality, performance, monitoring, reporting, and analysis by driving improvement in first time delivery contributing to client satisfaction. Responsible for planning and executing production tasks for a team within IV stream and respective country/-ies. Implement solutions that translate into standardization and process efficiency while balancing local BAU needs.
Monitors the team's KPIs and is up to date with all processes related to assigned area.
Responsible for team management, developing and promoting engagement within a team including conducting regular meetings, goals setting, check-ins and talent assessment.

Main accountabilities
•        Manage the IV production from a functional and operational point of view for the geographies in charge
•        Fully accountable for the quality and on-time delivery for the country in charge
•        Fully aware of all ongoing projects within the country and ensure their timely delivery with utmost quality.
•        Accountable to provide delivery commitments and strictly stick to them
•        Provide necessary support to Project Managers in new and ongoing initiatives
•        Accountable for the execution of Local and Regional projects – input area
•        Accountable for prioritization and resource allocation within the team
•        Accountable for team workload schedule and production planning (cooperation with Country ROC TC)
•        Driver and organizer of daily (and other frequency) team meetings
•        Act as team representative in all countries, quality, project meetings, DOT calls.
•        Point of contact for internal clients including local country - input area
•        Support to the assigned team in workflow and daily issues resolution. Client queries investigation and follow up with respective departments -– input area.
•        Escalation - Issue resolution, System support. Taking ownership and providing communication on critical data delivery and quality issues (cooperation with Country ROC TC) - input area
•        People management and performance. Full accountability for talent management, people development, training and assessment on what and how.
•        Accountable for cost estimation - input area
•        Stream's KPI's monitoring and tracking (quality and on time delivery), acting as a process owner
•        Report out to senior management and stakeholders
•        Be up to date with all processes related to the assigned area
•        Ensure good process knowledge within the team, identifying training needs
•        Able to propose and carry out necessary system and process enhancements towards productivity targets and quality increase.
•        Administering and managing vacation requests, team's workload, desks allocation, training assignments of direct reports
•        Drive automation and innovation – input area
•        Create a culture of inclusion and innovation. Ensure the team functions in accordance with the Nielsen values.
•        Maintain good cooperation between Teams or countries in BAU Delivery ROC Departments and In-market

Requirements:
Ability to manage and engage a team
Delegating and executing skills with ability to provide constructive feedback
Problem Solving and Decision making skills, including handling difficult conversations
Basic knowledge of Bulgarian labor codex
Well-developed analytical skills and very good attention to details
Good communication skills including English language (verbal and written)
Ability to work and build relationships with stakeholders at various levels of organization
Тime management skills
Good understanding of end-to-end production process and stream knowledge
At least 1 year of tenure in Nielsen with solid experience of coordinating people, good understanding of OPS environment and CIP platform knowledge
