Job Description
UX Designer (Mid/Senior)
Responsibilities
- Understand product specifications and user psychology
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
- Create personas through user research and data
- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
- Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
Qualifications
Mid UX Designer
- 2-3 years of relevant experience working in corporate software, interactive agency or internet consulting environments. Design experience in a B2B context is preferred. Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization is an advantage.
- You understand the value and contribute to our design systems.
- You know the tools of the trade: Figma/Sketch/XD, Adobe CC, Miro, JIRA etc.
- You are empathetic and understand the importance of user-centered products.
- You understand the basics of CSS and HTML and can help developers and product owners create successful products.
- You're persistent, passionate and can influence or persuade others through productive collaboration.
- You strive to be current with industry trends and best practices.
- You have a passion for designing analytics such as banking, insurance, market research.
- You have a B.E degree or work experience in Design, UX, or related fields.
Senior UX Designer
- 3-7 years of relevant experience working in corporate software, interactive agency or internet consulting environments. Design experience in a B2B context is preferred. Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization is an advantage.
- You're proud to be a nerdy analyst designer - Your portfolio shows that you know how to design for dense data solutions and understand how data visualization and interaction can make the complex simple.
- You're a change agent and design with conviction - You are passionate about data visualization, color, typography, and functional usability for our platform. You create clean designs that connect with users wherever they are, whatever the medium.
- You talk the talk - You may not consider yourself a developer, but you know how applications are built and how design contributes to the best solution. You are a true collaborator that knows how to effectively communicate with developers and product owners: listening, challenging, iterating, and crafting a solution that works for customers.
- You have a B.E degree or work experience in Design, UX, or related fields.
