We are looking for a Project Manager to join our NIQ Activate technology team in Yokne'am Illit, Israel. This is a hybrid work environment with the expectation of being in the office 2-3 days a week.

Job Description

As a project manager ,you will be responsible for owning client implementation projects from start to finish (pre- and post-sales). From initial scoping, outlining with the R&D, Product Solution and Customer success teams, confirming consensus from all stakeholders, and working towards a final solution and timeline.

You will be in charge of providing full project management as well as verifying a smooth and fast execution of all initiatives in order to ensure Customer Success, and fast time to value.

Responsibilities

  • Own clients onboarding & Releases projects timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Maintain clear documentation for all stakeholders to reference throughout the project.
  • Keep internal teams and clients accountable and up to date on due dates and items moving through the queue
  • Manage the project plan and timelines of the project, reporting status and identify risks to management
  • Manage clients and internal resources to cover project scope, achieve milestones and overall project execution
  • Responsible for the commercial aspects of the signed agreement.

    Qualifications

    • Academic degree in Industrial Engineering or other related field
    • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing software deployment projects at a SaaS / Software company or consulting firm with enterprise clients – Mandatory
    • Fluent English - Mandatory
    • Ability to effectively influence team members to complete their tasks on time and follow project management guidelines/channels.
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
    • Experience rolling out enterprise-level transformative software/SAAS deployments.
    • Experience working in a cross-functional, team-based globally distributed environment.
    • Ability to properly define requirements, identify tasks, and determine the level of effort.
    • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, written, problem-solving skills.
    • Self-motivated with an ability to work independently.
    • Experience in managing multiple projects, backlog, and timelines.
    • Deep knowledge in utilizing Project Management tools.
    • Retail and FMCG industry understanding - advantage
    • Fluent Spanish (Speaking and writing) – Major advantage
