We are looking for a Technical Solution Engineer to join our NIQ Activate technology team in Yokne'am Illit Israel. This is a hybrid work environment with the expectation of being in the office 2-3 days a week.

Job Description
As a technical solutions engineer, your job duties relate to the user aspects of a product or service. You interact with customers by walking them through the installation process, instructing them on how to operate the technology, and resolving any compatibility issues. You also collaborate with software and hardware development teams as needed to provide customer feedback.
- Provide enterprise level technical support to our customers and prospects via a support system.
- Take end to end ownership of customer technical issues and needs.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer technical issues
- Monitoring & validation processes
- Create and conduct ongoing operational data processes in customer environments, including required managed complementary service to the product
- Develop & extract data Reports
- Document knowledge
Qualifications
- B.Sc degree in Information systems, industrial engineering or equivalent, BA +relevant cours
- Full time, willing to work 2-3 shifts from 15:00- 24:00 from home
- 0-3 years of experience of proven experience in tier 2-3 customer support, manual QA or data operations
- Strong SQL background- must have!
- Deep knowledge in Linux systems, utilities and scripting
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Great written and verbal client communication skills
- The ability to work with multiple interfaces and tasks in a dynamic environment
- Be highly detail oriented & bussiness orientation
