Job Description

  • Handling Daily routine reception tasks, attending calls, connecting calls & conference, local as well as international.
  • Employees or visitors coming to the office are always monitored, they will follow company safety protocol.
  • Taking care of all the employee daily registration sheets and updating accordingly keeping track, and also updating daily in the daily occupier list and monthly datasheet.
  • Arranging telephonic interview with candidates who are outside the country, sending them meeting request as per the requirement.
  • Global Meeting and Client and Internal Meeting arrangement @ SHJ Meeting room facility.
  • Taking care of meeting rooms in terms of refreshments, tea, coffee, lunch etc .
  • Uploading the monthly invoice from the vendor & helping my manager to assist with his work.
  • For the original Contract Get the signature from the General manager coordinate with the secretary and associate then arrange the driver once it is done arranging the courier for send to the client .
  • Arranging the Amex card application collecting the documents from associate putting stamp arranging and send with driver.
  • Arranging driver collection, bank guarantee & letters, cheque collection arrangement,etc.
  • To arrange/check the stationery items are available and to arrange purchases of the same and monitor the usage on monthly basis.
  • Always helping social community, cultural event taking responsibility celebration in office.
  • Color printing for contract & proposal sending to Government dept, printing, binding & arrange driver to put seal etc.
