Job Description:

  • Coordinate with internal and external partners including FP&A, Internal Audit, External Audit, Corporate Accounting, IT, Tax and Legal
  •  Drive efficiencies in the month end/quarter end/year end close process
  •  Provide guidance regarding accounting policy, including input to the Accounting Policy taskforce
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of reporting including Balance Sheet flux analysis and P&L analytics
  • Identify process improvement and/or automation opportunities and implement solutions that improve timeliness and accuracy of financial transactions • Serve as a key resource for special projects with the ability to both lead as well as provide meaningful contributions as necessary
  • Lead and provide direction/coordination on M&A integration & reporting
  • Manage various accounting activities including restructure reporting, journal entry approvals, banking approvals, account rec reviews, etc.

Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
  • CPA preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive experience, preferably in a large global company
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
  • Experience with HFM and SAP preferred
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-change environment required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to key external and internal stakeholders at varying levels
  • Strong Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Coaching & mentoring leadership experience
  • Intellectually curious and analytically strong
  • Able to work independently
