About this job

The objective of the Sales coordinator and enablement Owner is to develop and boost the performance of NIQ's sales force. He/She/They will serve a key role by overseeing all the components that support the sales team and directing sales-related initiatives: ensure sales team has the support, systems, and resources to perform effectively and efficiently their role improving sales results and increasing revenue.

A key responsibility of this position is to provide the sales team with the necessary resources to allow them to maximize productivity: tools, technology and systems, knowledge and information, training programs, sales initiatives. To be successful in this role, it will be fundamental to serve as a liaison between Global Teams who own the initiatives, and the local markets (Italy, Spain and Portugal) that implement them.

Responsibilities

  • Support South Europe Market Leaders in the coordination, implementation and tracking of critical selling processes and initiatives.
  • Support Sales Team in the proper usage of sales enablement technology (Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI)
  • Oversee and measure end-to-end sales performance from lead generation to close of sale, assuring the full adoption of the process (including coordination with Deal Desk).
  • Track sales enablement metrics and key performance indicators, utilizing performance data to identify and close gaps in knowledge or skills of sales team.
  • Align and bridge with Global Operation Teams to facilitate the adoption of effective practices in the local markets.
  • Support Sales Team in daily activities, including “Purchase Orders” management and contracts closure
  • Create effective onboarding processes for new sales reps

Qualifications

  • Strategic thinking: Sales coordinator and process owner must have very strong strategic and analytical thinking skills to effectively support the sales team in all its functions
  • Data driven: Evaluating the results of activities and initiatives is a key part of this role. This includes all sales enablement measures such as evaluating sales tools and techniques, tracking the effectiveness of each phase of the sales process, and determining the impact of trainings
  • Technological skills: The sales enablement manager role requires extensive knowledge of sales enablement technology, processes, and best practices. (the sales enablement platform consists of several technological tools, such as Microsoft Dynamics, Revelio, Sales Loft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & ZoomInfo, Money Ma)
  • Sales process methodologies: the position requires extensive knowledge of sales methodologies and the sales cycle (deep understanding of the buyer's journey to connect customers and prospects with proper content and sales activities at every step of the process).
  • Communication skills, including fluent Spanish and English
  • Deep knowledge and practice of MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics and PowerBI
