Analytic Insights Team Manager 
Customer Success Team – Warsaw, Poland  

 
ABOUT THE JOB 

The Analytic Insights team provides detailed analysis, and deliver insights based on sales data for all FMCG Clients (manufacturers). As a manager of the AI team you will make a difference by leading a team of analysts to deliver impactful actionable insights, take the lead on strategic briefs and develop strong senior relationships with our clients so NielsenIQ can bring maximum value to the Client partnership. You will not only lead and coach the team, but will also work closely with the Clients, with personal accountability for analytical cooperation with one of the biggest NIQ Clients in Poland.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Coach, support, develop and drive the team of Analysts, keep them engaged and motivated via establishing high standards of performance, providing support, recognition and feedback to develop associates and support a strong team environment  

  • Ensure team members are trained to handle client requirements and deliver consistent and high-quality actionable insight to our Clients to drive clients satisfaction  

  • Ensure the services provided to Clients are timely and precise according to Client business needs and specifications while meeting the company's quality standards and strategy 

  • Identify key Client business issues and translate them into analytical briefs and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders both virtually and in person 

  • Lead analytical cooperation with assigned Client, including preparing and presenting insightful analyses  

  • Manage internal stakeholders and projects to ensure the Client’s requirements are translated into delivering the very best NielsenIQ can offer  

  • Develop strategic understanding of industry trends, competition and opportunities of Nielsen 

  • Responsible for allocating work based on the current team workload capacity and the skills and aspirations of the team 


REQUIREMENTS 

  • Fluency in Polish and English (both verbal and written) 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills   

  • Experience and ability to work within a virtual, digital enabled environment 

  • Demonstrated strong leadership and people management skills 

  • Strong knowledge of FMCG industry either agency or client-side  

  • Strong analytical knowledge and experience 

  • Capability to hold confident and commercially adept data-led conversations with the Client   

  • Extensive knowledge of NielsenIQ products and services or equivalent

Additional Information

This is a full time role based in Warsaw offering a hybrid working mode combining working from home, office and visiting clients.
